- Lead files involving securities, governance and corporate law as a whole;
- Provide advice to management on securities and corporate governance issues;
- Lead the corporate secretary team and coordinate certain board committees;
- Participate in transactions, develop internal policies, oversee corporate follow-ups and contribute to compliance with continuous disclosure obligations.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Member of the Quebec Bar or the Chambre des notaires;
- Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience;
- Experience in team management and in-house role within a public company;
- Skills in financing and mergers & acquisitions, an asset;
- Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and meet deadlines;
- Leadership and team spirit.
