About the Marketing Sciences TeamThe Marketing Sciences team is crucial to the agency’s success, integrating creativity, data, and technology to drive insights and data-driven decisions. They specialize in Data Science, Data Analytics, Data Enablement, and Data Visualization.Your RoleAs a Director in the Data Analytics team, you will ensure customer and financial perspectives are represented through data-driven evidence. You will inspire exceptional customer experiences and improve performance against client objectives. Your strategic leadership will drive account direction, manage and mentor analysts, and contribute to business growth through new initiatives and pitches.ResponsibilitiesManagement

  • Assist Senior Analytics Managers
  • Support and direct data analytics roadmaps

Client Management

  • Understand client objectives, business, and KPIs
  • Challenge and elevate briefs
  • Build relationships with client-side analysts
  • Deliver statistically significant measurement and reporting
  • Communicate analytical outputs and ensure timely deliverables
  • Drive continuous data analytics pipeline

New Business/PR

  • Lead new business pitches
  • Participate in thought pieces, case studies, and award entries

Networking

  • Understand and build relationships within the network and sister agencies

Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative subject (Statistics, Mathematics, Economics) or Social Sciences with quantitative methods; Master’s degree or PhD is a plus.
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing analytics, customer experience insights, performance optimization, preferably in a marketing agency or consulting practice.
  • Proficiency in analytical languages and software (Excel, SQL, Python, Alteryx), data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker), web and social analytics (GA, Adobe, Brandwatch, Sprinklr), and martech design.
  • Strong understanding of statistics, experimental/multivariate test design, value engineering, performance measurement, data protection/GDPR, and customer journey analysis.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing insights for marketing solutions.
  • Ability to contribute to organizational vision for becoming data-driven.
  • Experience with 1st, 2nd, and 3rd party data.
  • Confident, conscientious, self-starter with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Naturally curious, imaginative, and practical problem solver.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, in an agile and fast-paced environment.
  • Competence in developing and adapting repeatable processes for efficiency and consistency.
