The university wishes to appoint a suitably qualified person for the following position:
Director of Business Engagement – Business Engagement Unit – Campus: Belfast
The post holder will provide effective strategic direction, commercial acumen and quality management in the areas of business engagement and development. They will have an inclusive, determined, inspirational, authentic and BRAVE approach to leadership, encouraging ideas, initiative and innovation in others whilst establishing a cost-effective and high performance culture based on continuous improvement.
The post is available for a 5-year tenure.
The successful candidate will remain on their current grade and salary and will receive an allowance of £6,000 per annum. .
