We have been voted #1 in the world, 10 times in a row, and we’re just getting started.The Mission:We are looking for a “hands-on” Marketing Leader who can achieve 5% month-over-month growth in hotel demos.
We need you to personally achieve the demo growth goal. Then, step by step, build a small team and hand it off to grow to the next level.About You:You are self-motivated and driven by measurable results. If you encounter roadblocks, you brainstorm creative and resourceful solutions to overcome them. You view challenges as puzzles to be solved, and you enjoy working both independently and on a team.Background:

• 4 years in B2B SaaS in Growth Marketing, Demand Generation or similar
• Experience owning a number and exceeding expectations
• Management experience (in-house or outsourced is fine)

Skills:

• Marketing automation (HubSpot)
• Content Marketing, SEO and Conversion Optimization (Webflow and Ahrefs)
• PPC (Google Adwords, etc.)
• Analytics (Google, HubSpot, etc.)
• Budgeting (CAC, CAC:Payback, etc.)

Compensation:
