The Director of Strategic Change and Implementation is a critical role within this and provides a fantastic opportunity for those who want to make a genuine difference for our students and staff by helping to build a new team and bring new digital ways of working to a brilliant organisation. As the successful post holder, you will recruit and lead a team a team of highly skilled change and implementation specialists, acting as an influential, insightful, and unifying force to strengthen the University’s capacity and capability to lead and implement the strategic change initiatives required to deliver the vision to 2027 & beyond. Your experience and ability to effectively influence leadership across the University at a senior level will bring to life this vision and support the University’s Digital Strategy.
