JOB DESCRIPTION

At Mastercard Payment Gateway we aim to touch as many transactions on any rails, while adding and distributing as many Mastercard value added services as possible along the payment journey.

Due to the variety of our services and depth of our platform, we have organised our product and engineering teams in Domains around common set of capabilities or customer needs.

As we continue to modernize and add more services, we need to strengthen our coordination across the domains and have to make sure we are all heading in the same direction regarding our strategic pillars and expected outcomes.

The role will actively support the broader Enterprise Gateway Solutions program and work with our Strategic Program Management teams to monitor KPIs and Scorecard results.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive tangible data-driven Product performance outcomes at the Product level, manage to a quantified scorecard, continuously monitoring and analysing key performance indicators and optimizing product performance

Collaborate with Global Product Management & Development teams to ensure that Product performance metrics are incorporated into all Product development enhancements

Partner with GCC, CTS and Biz Ops to monitor Product performance dashboards.

Coordination of Product Roadmaps tools and completion, supervision of Program customer facing roadmap

Support in

Provide regular coaching and feedback to direct reports and partners to grow individual functional skills, experience and leadership capabilities

Drive consistent product quality (e.g., support documents) across the Studio framework

Develop talent and provide timely feedback, coaching in the moment, and mentoring

Demonstrate and drive Mastercard Way behaviours through their behaviour, recognitions, coaching, and employee engagement.

ALL ABOUT YOU

• Led complex cross-functional projects locally or for several countries

• Demonstrated success building relationships and delivering results with global, multi-cultural and remote project teams

• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with external stakeholders at the local level

• Developed understanding of global best practices, both in own function and in the broader organization, through experience working in a matrixed or global organization

• Contributed to resource and content management for cross-functional initiatives, such as professional development opportunities, idea-creation programs, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) opportunities

• Experience working in a global operational environment with exposure to different cultures/timezones

• Expert in using Microsoft Office, Teams (with automation tools like Workflows), AHA!, ALM or Jira, Data Cubes via Excel.

• Successfully managed the operations of several globally deployed products and services within the financial services, payments, or technology industry

• Helped lead design and execution of scalable operational processes for product life cycle

• Experience evaluating operational processes and recommending improvements that resulted in positive business outcomes

• Payments acceptance market knowledge is required and payment gateways knowledge is preferred

• Experience in project management, process improvement and optimization, and product development is a plus, but not required

• Good data analytics skills
