Director / Senior Director of Health Economics and Outcomes Research· London based· Highly competitive salary and attractive benefits packageWe are currently working with a growing Global Biopharmaceutical company who are expanding their scope into new markets. As the Director/Snr Director HEOR, you will implement and manage HEOR strategies and tactics for oncology assets, ensuring products are differentiated and bring value to patients around the world.Key Responsibilities include;· Lead the development and implementation of global HEOR strategies and programs to support the launch of key products· Provide HEOR expertise and leadership to inform, support and strengthen commercialization activities including clinical development, marketing and market access· Partner closely with cross-functional business partners to develop and support product value proposition to optimize access, reimbursement and uptake· Identify global HEOR evidence requirements and gaps; design, conduct and deliver studies, models and tools to support value demonstration and product differentiation for assigned indication· Contribute to HEOR input into clinical development programs· Maintain up-to-date awareness of industry regulatory issues and research relationships with HEOR KOLs· Disseminate HEOR data and study resultsExperience required;· Bachelor’s Degree and Twelve Years’ Experience OR Masters’ Degree and Ten Years’ Experience OR PhD and Eight Years’ Experience· Extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry and/or managed care, including direct experience in HEOR· Understanding of HEOR assessments and technical expertise in design and execution of HEOR studies and models· Experience in developing global value dossiers· Understanding of US/global healthcare systems and reimbursement processes/decision making· Good oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills· Experience in oncology is a plus· Advanced degree in HEORIf this roles sounds of interest please apply direct, send your CV to or call 0118 995 2143 for a further conversation
