– Permanent full time Monday to Friday
– Shift options: 5am to 1:30pm or 7:30am to 4pm
– Salary depending on experience, ranges from 55-65k
– Company compensation package, 50% covered by employer
– Vacation 2/3 weeks, depending on experience

– Parking on site
–Responsibilities
– Receiving orders via system or email, plan the shipment
– Update customers on requests and shipments
– Create daily trips, attach orders for each driver in the system
– Tracing drivers
– Monitoring day to day emails
– Updating clients on delivery status, return status
– Dispatch for about 15 drivers, LTL/FTL for Quebec/Ottawa lanesQualifications
– Minimum 1 year in a transportation industry handling dispatching or similar role
– Fluently bilingual, French and English
– Strong geographical knowledge of Quebec is an asset
– Willingness to learn and grow
