Develop and implement DEI strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Partner with leadership and employee groups to integrate DEI principles across the organization.
Lead diversity recruiting efforts and enhance candidate pipeline development.
Collaborate with the People Team to embed DEI into talent processes.
Advise on inclusive policies and practices and conduct DEI assessments.
Facilitate DEI training programs to foster an inclusive workplace culture.
Stay updated on DEI trends, best practices, and legal requirements.
Build relationships with external partners to advance DEI initiatives.
Improve internal mobility and succession planning processes with a focus on bias reduction.
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
7+ years of professional experience in Human Resources, Program Management, or a related field.
3+ years of dedicated experience in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI).
Professional designation such as Certified Diversity Professional (CDP) or Certified Diversity Executive (CDE) preferred.
Proven track record of implementing successful DEI initiatives in a corporate or organizational setting.
Strong understanding of DEI metrics, analysis, and reporting.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and collaborate across diverse teams.
Employment DetailsSalary: $100.000 – $130.000
Benefits: 40 hours weekly, Permanent, Full-time, Onsite
Schedule: 8:00AM to 5:00PM, Monday to Friday
