Assignment :

Within the Collection and General Public department, under the supervision of the Coordinator of the Donor Relations Department, with whom you will work in close collaboration, you will ensure the relational monitoring of donors and the general public with the aim of retaining them and ensuring the processing and monitoring of donations collected.

You will be in charge of the following missions:

• Ensure Donor Relations and its follow-up: Respond to calls and emails from donors and the general public, process donor requests, handle fundraising initiatives, provide an advisory role to donors, and update the database.
• Ensure operational management and monitoring of donations and requests: Process donations received, transmit information to providers and ensure operational monitoring, process requests from providers, inform providers about corrective actions, respond to requests from providers collection services on the processing of donations, and check the concordance of the data recorded in the different tools.
• Participate in improving the management of Donor Relations: contribute to monitoring tools and practices, participate in the implementation of the strategy for sustaining the relationship with donors, contribute to monitoring the service and contribute quantitative and qualitative analyzes of the activity.
• Participate in the management and animation of the Center’s volunteers: ensure the training and monitoring of volunteers and ensure the distribution of volunteers’ work with the Center.

Profile:

– You have BTS or DUT training in commercial unit management, negotiation and customer relations, marketing technique and business and administration management.
– You are proficient in IT and office tools, particularly the Office suite and commercial relationship management (CRM) software.
– You have knowledge of fundraising issues,
– You are recognized for your writing skills and mastery of spelling

Terms of employment

• Status: Supervisor – Permanent contract – Full time
• Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
• Salary conditions:
• From 29K to 34K euros gross annual over 13 months depending on experience
• 21 days of RTT
• Health cover, welfare: Taken 80% covered by ACF
• Transport: 50% covered by the package between home and the workplace
• Meal vouchers: 60% covered by the association for a value of 8 euros
• Teleworking: Open to all and from the metropolitan territory, our teleworking policy defines the activities of the position requiring an imperative presence time at the headquarters of the association, and allows you to choose to exercise fully or in part the rest of this time teleworking. To this end, a mandatory presence at headquarters of 2 days per week has been defined for this position. Presence time at headquarters will also be dedicated to collective sharing: 3 days per month on average for meetings and collective events and 2 days of compulsory presence when integrating a new employee into the company. team.
