• Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that inspire curiosity and foster a lifelong love of learning
• Plan and implement a broad and balanced curriculum that meets the diverse needs of all learners in your class
• Monitor and evaluate pupil progress, providing tailored support and interventions as necessary to ensure every student thrives
• Foster a positive and respectful classroom environment, where values such as responsibility, resilience, and empathy are actively encouraged
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices, contribute to school-wide initiatives, and participate in professional development
• Build strong relationships with parents and carers to support the academic and personal development of your pupils

What We’re Looking For:

• A qualified teacher (QTS) with experience teaching in Key Stage 2, particularly Year 4
• A strong passion for teaching, with the ability to create engaging and effective learning experiences
• A commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive classroom culture that supports the well-being and development of every student
• Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage a classroom effectively
• A collaborative team player who is eager to contribute to the success of the school community
• Experience working in diverse, inclusive environments is highly valued
