Summary: The general purpose of this position is to have shared responsibility of ensuring and maintaining compliance of over 7,500 Company drivers in accordance with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations and Company Policies.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Acquire and maintain DOT driver Qualification files for all drivers which includes Driver Application, Road Tests and Road Test Certificates, Motor Vehicle Reports, Background checks, Licensing , DOT Physicals and pre-employment Drug Screens in accordance with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations and Company Policies · Maintain and update DOT Compliance database and Image files for all drivers · Work with outside vendors to ensure compliance of Motor Vehicle Reports, DOT Physicals and Drug/Alcohol Screening · Annual Reviews for all drivers on a quarterly basis · Notify Stores, RM’s and DVP’s of driver disqualifications · Notify Stores of upcoming expirations of DOT Physicals and Drivers Licenses · Generate and forward Compliance reports to Stores, RM’s and DVP’s

Education and Experience: · 3 years of transportation experience · High School or equivalent
