E-commerce/Digital Customer Experience Specialist Customer Enhancement – Customer Care

Job Description:

  • Seeking an Ecommerce Marketing & Media Creation Specialist to join our dynamic team.
  • This role is responsible for creating, reviewing, and ensuring the accuracy of marketing content for ecommerce platforms, including product names, descriptions, “why buys,” feature highlights, and related data.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in automotive service parts and accessories, preferably within an OEM environment, and a strong understanding of ecommerce marketplaces.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain high-quality marketing content for automotive parts and accessories across ecommerce platforms.
  • Review and validate product data for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with brand standards.
  • Utilize AI tools to enhance content creation and streamline workflows.
  • Create and execute media campaigns to drive sales and engagement.
  • Analyze performance metrics and recommend media placements to maximize revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Stay current on industry trends, ecommerce best practices, and emerging technologies.

  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of ecommerce marketplace operations and digital marketing strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience: Automotive service parts and accessories; OEM experience strongly preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with AI-driven content tools and ecommerce platforms.
  • Marketing Expertise: Ability to design and implement media campaigns that drive measurable results.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Advanced degree or certifications in Digital Marketing, Ecommerce, or AI tools is a plus.

Additional Information / Must Haves:

  • Detail oriented with e-commerce experience to create product page details to improve the customer journey on store.mopar.com
  • Ability to work cross functionally to motivate teams to meet deliverables
  • Understanding of automotive service parts and accessories to approve AI generated data

  • 3 to 5 years
