E-commerce Promotions Officer 

£28,211 per annum (pro rata for part time hours)

Base: Sustrans office in Bristol with the flexibility to work from home

About the role

We have a new and exciting opportunity to join the Digital Engagement team as an E-commerce
Promotions Officer. Working closely alongside our E-commerce and Strategic Communications
teams, you will be responsible for using our digital channels to reach new and existing
customers for our Sustrans online shop.

As the E-commerce Promotions Officer, you will deliver a multi-channel digital programme in
line with the annual e-commerce promotions calendar and budget to increase sales and grow our
shop audience. 

You will create content for digital channels, including writing and setting up social media
adverts, creating retail marketing emails and developing personalised retail email journeys.

You will also produce regular reports on retail marketing performance and delivery against
budget and targets using available analytics tools, including Google Analytics and Shopify
Analytics.

We offer true hybrid working, a flexible mix of working from home and occasional travel to the
office hub in Bristol.

About you

You will be proficient in planning, delivering, monitoring and optimising multi-channel
campaigns that motivate customers to act.

You will be experienced in using email marketing as an effective way to increase engagement and
customer activity. 

With the skill to produce compelling and engaging copy, you will create effective,
audience-focussed content with excellent attention to detail.

We ask you demonstrate your knowledge and understanding of how to monitor the performance of
campaigns against KPIs and targets, using various analytics tools.
