This is a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified teacher to embark on their teaching career in a supportive and dynamic environment.Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons to primary students.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and setting realistic goals.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters student learning and development.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and carers to support student well-being and academic success.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to the school community.

Requirements:

• Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT) or Early Career Teacher (ECT) status.
• A passion for teaching and a commitment to student achievement and well-being.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students.
• Understanding of the primary curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).

Desirable:

• Experience working with children in an educational setting (e.g., during teacher training placements).
• Familiarity with the latest educational technology and teaching resources.
