- Plan, prepare and deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons for early years students
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support as needed
- Create a stimulating and safe learning environment
- Collaborate with parents and colleagues to support student development
- Participate in school events and meetings as required
Required Qualifications:Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)Education:Bachelor’s degree in Education or related fieldExperience:Previous experience teaching early years studentsKnowledge and Skills:
- Strong understanding of early childhood development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment
- Effective classroom management skills
