This fantastic school is seeking a dedicated and experienced Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their Early Years (Reception) provision. About the RoleAs an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing a caring and stimulating environment that supports the early development of young children. Work within Early Years to deliver play-based learning activities that support children’s social, emotional, and academic development in line with the EYFS framework.Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment where children can grow and thrive.Work collaboratively with teachers, teaching assistants, and support staff to meet the individual needs of each child.Promote early learning in communication, literacy, numeracy, and motor skills through engaging, hands-on activities.Develop strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to provide a holistic approach to learning and care.Support children in achieving key developmental milestones, encouraging confidence and independence.
