We are currently seeking a proactive and adaptable Ecosystems Partnership Manager to enhance our initiatives and play a vital role in driving growth and supporting project delivery across our UK-wide portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a robust foundation in programme management, along with experience in natural capital and sustainability. A solid understanding of agriculture and farming systems is desirable, particularly with experience working directly with farmers and landowners to facilitate their transition toward sustainable practices. Additionally, knowledge of the water and hydrology sector will be advantageous as we strive to create impactful solutions for the environment.
1. Strategic Direction & Planning
In this role, you will define and implement the overarching strategy for programme development, establishing clear processes, and setting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), milestones, and objectives that will guide the organisation’s project portfolio.
2. Operational Management & Oversight
You will develop detailed work plans and oversee the implementation of projects, ensuring that progress aligns with the strategic goals of the organisation. Your responsibilities will also include monitoring project activities to ensure compliance with organisational standards and best practices.
3. Financial & Budget Control
Your role will involve managing programme budgets, reviewing financial reports, and ensuring cost-effectiveness across all projects. You will be responsible for approving partner expenditures and monitoring financial performance against forecasts.
4. Stakeholder Engagement & Representation
You will serve as a liaison with external partners, donors, and organisational leadership, representing RegenFutureCo at high-level meetings. Your aim will be to advance project initiatives and promote opportunities related to natural capital and landscape regeneration.
5. Leadership & Team Development
In addition to mentoring staff, you will oversee recruitment processes and foster a high-performance culture within the team. Your focus will be on ensuring effective collaboration and supporting both individual and collective growth.
6. Risk Mitigation & Reporting
You will proactively identify issues and manage risks associated with projects. Additionally, you will be responsible for reporting on project progress, outcomes, and engagements to the Chief Governance Officer, Managing Director, and Board of Governors.

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in programme management, project coordination, or operational support within the environmental or sustainability sectors.
Expertise: Knowledge of natural capital principles, carbon markets, and biodiversity initiatives, with demonstrated experience in driving business growth or supporting sustainability projects.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, capable of translating complex concepts into clear, effective messaging for diverse audiences.
Collaboration and Networking: Proven ability to build relationships and partnerships with stakeholders across various sectors, fostering a collaborative approach to project delivery.
Organisational Skills: Excellent project management skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Analytical Abilities: Proficient in data collection and analysis, with experience in using tools for monitoring and evaluating project impacts.
