Office Base: Manor House, Little Wittenham, Abingdon, Oxfordshire, OX14 4RA
Work location: Manor House, Little Wittenham. The post allows some flexibility for home-working
but generally you will be expected to work in the office.
Work hours: 14 hours, split over three days if desirable.
Duration: 1 year in the first instance with a plan to extend if the funding can be secured.
Salary: £27,300 FTE, also open to negotiate a freelance rate.
Benefits: Pension with 9% Employer’s Contribution. 10 days leave plus the usual public holidays in England and Wales, as well as an additional three days between Christmas and New Year when the office is closed.
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic person to join our friendly team at Wild Oxfordshire to help the Evenlode Catchment Partnership project manager to implement all aspects of the ECP operations. This will include general administrative tasks, minutes of meetings, booking meeting venues and on line meetings, assistance with accounting and project reporting and any other tasks as requested by the project manager.
The successful candidate will have experience of office administration and will be able to work independently. Excellent relationship management skills, face-to-face, on the phone and in writing will be essential.
