About the vacancy: This is an exciting opportunity for a UWE student or recent graduate to support the Team Entrepreneurship programme’s ambitious plans to increase the level of diversity of our student cohort based on a wide range of factors, including: gender, age, ethnicity, nationality, educational background and lived experience. We are looking for someone with a passion for Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) and an interest in developing their skills in marketing. This role will involve working with the Team Entrepreneurship programme team to identify opportunities to promote and raise awareness of the Team Entrepreneurship programme to diverse target audiences, conduct research with diverse target audiences and create marketing content to attract applications from a more diverse student cohort.

About you: This is the perfect role for you if you are passionate about increasing the diversity of the Team Entrepreneurship cohort, have an active commitment to Equality, Diversity & Inclusion and have skills and/or an interest in marketing. You don’t need to be a marketing expert, but an understanding of content creation and some experience of supporting marketing and promotional activities would be an advantage. The most important thing is that you’re passionate about Equality, Diversity & Inclusion, eager to learn new skills and that you have strong communication skills and a proactive approach.

Where is this role based?

This post is based at our lively Frenchay campus where we have invested in the latest facilities and resources to give both our staff and students access to everything they need to succeed, while we continue to develop incredible new facilities  to enhance our offer even further.

The campus has excellent transport links ; we are within walking distance of two train stations , our bus terminus connects us to the local bus and metrobus network and we also have a range of cycling and changing facilities.
