The Bumblebee Conservation Trust (the Trust) is looking for a part-time Education Officer to
assist with the development and delivery of our education work. Education, across all age
groups, is a priority at the Trust and we aim to ensure that high quality bumblebee education
is available to all.
If you are passionate about nature and enjoy communicating with a range of audiences, in
exciting and creative ways, this role could offer you a wonderful opportunity to help reverse
the decline in bumblebees, develop your skills, and share your passion.
You will have the opportunity to support the team in a number of important ways, including,
working with schools, across the UK, creating engaging resources, working with volunteers, and
a range of other exciting education projects.

This is a part-time post for 28 hours per week. Some overtime work may be required and a
flexitime system is in place.
This post will be employed on a permanent contract. This is a home-based role. Access to good
transport links is essential as there will be a requirement for occasional travel for meetings
and events, at locations across the UK. Some events will require overnight stays.
