Key Responsibilities The role of an Educational Specialist can be broadly divided into three components, namely creation, review and research. Key responsibilities will involve –
- Creating engaging content for our learning solution, focusing on the Foundational Numeracy skills, for ages 4-11.
- Reviewing content, focusing on – Quality of the content (pedagogical appropriateness, concept alignment, grade appropriateness, phrasing), Technical correctness, Strength of the distractors in case of MCQs, Syntactical/semantic errors
- Researching on pedagogical content methodologies – through reading of academic journals, Analysing data on questions, By interacting with external subject experts, By interacting with students and understanding how they think.
