This company’s goal is to develop high energy density, at low costs, with low environmental impact electrical energy storage devices that will help create a clean and sustainable global energy! This is an exciting opportunity for an Electrochemist to join this growing team.You will be tasked with the research and development, looking to optimise and improve these technologies, for usage in commercial applications and products. You will also get the opportunity to lead the establishment and development of the company’s electrochemical testing capacity to support development & research programmes.
Key Experience Required:

• PhD in Electorchemistry or Material Science
• Strong background in electrochemistry, knowledge of any electrochemical cell (battery, supercapacitor, electrolysis, & Fuel cells) design, component interactions and testing

This role can offer a salary of £40,000 – £50,000 including 25 days holiday, EMI share scheme, cycle to work scheme plus many other benefits.
