About usThe Research Department of Primary Care and Population Health is part of the Institute of Epidemiology and Health Care and is headed by Professor Greta Rait and Professor Kate Walters.The Department’s strategic aim is to deliver high quality teaching in community-based primary care and public health and to undertake a programme of internationally competitive multi-disciplinary research addressing the management and prevention of disease in individuals and populations in areas which are of priority to the health of the public.The role will be based in the eHealth Unit which researches how to deliver non-pharmaceutical interventions, such as physiotherapy, psychological therapies and disease management, through online programmes and appsAbout the roleThe postholder will be supervised to work on their own postdoctoral research project with a view to developing an application for a nationally competitive fellowship applicationApplication Process
