A by-women company and the largest online pleasure product retailer in North America, Bellesa is on a mission to close the pleasure gap by normalizing pleasure and making sexual wellness accessible and fun.We are looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to join our team!You will play an important role in planning, coordinating and executing the day to day email marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast paced environment.Join a fast-growing, woman-led company to help continue to destigmatize pleasure and evoke real societal change.More specifically, you will:

• Manage email campaigns (brief creation, copy, design coordination, building, testing and scheduling).
• Manage email lists and segmentation.
• Create strategies to acquire new emails and improve engagement.
• Run a/b tests to optimize performance of existing email campaigns.
• Analyze performance across email flows and campaigns to improve KPIs and recommend new opportunities.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop marketing materials and assets that align with our brand voice and values.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and identify opportunities for innovation and growth.

Requirements:

• 2+ year of experience in email marketing and ecommerce.
• Experience using Klaviyo. (must-have)
• Experience with SMS a plus
• Strong analytical skills and experience with tracking and measuring campaign performance.
• Highly detail-oriented with excellent communication and project management skills.
• Marketing certificate or degree is a plus.
• Strong command and understanding of email marketing KPIs, metrics and technology
