Responsibilities:
Monitor and control the collection activities of the AR team.
Prepare and communicate executive summaries to management.
Control the e-commerce business model, providing proactive support for process enhancement.
Ensure timely reporting and collaborate closely with the payment and customer care teams.
Manage relationships with internal and external customers.
Comply with Accounts Receivable and Claim operating controls.
Support internal and external audits every quarter.
Drive transformation and identify improvement opportunities.
Qualifications:
3-4 years of experience in Order to Cash and/or Credit related areas.
Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills (especially MS Excel).
SAP experience is a plus.
Goal-oriented with strong time and task management skills.
Strategic thinker focused on process improvement.
Effective written and oral communication in English.
Understanding of various fulfilment processes (e.g., returns, adjustments, distribution).
Organized and analytical, with a minimum Bachelor’s degree (Economics/Finance/Business Administration preferred).
