ABOUT THE ROLE

As a central pillar of Commercial Excellence, you will shape and scale pricing strategies across the EMEA region and lead the regional pricing transformation program. By defining the pricing operating model, governance, tools, and ways of working required to improve pricing maturity and commercial discipline across markets, you will also acting as a senior partner to regional and local leadership teams. The role drives the adoption of best-in-class pricing practices, strengthens pricing capabilities, and delivers measurable value through stronger price setting, discount governance, and margin management across the region.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Define, update, and enforce regional standards & processes for gross price, discount, net price, and rebate setting; ensure strong governance through clear derogation flows (approval thresholds, deviation management, and approval matrices), harmonized pricing rules, and aligned local pricing structures;
  • Optimize pricing architectures to drive profitable growth, support competitiveness, and harmonize approaches across countries and product categories;
  • ​​Define pricing initiatives and lead the regional pricing transformation agenda by defining target states, coordinating cross-country resources, and driving adoption, capability building, and sustained impact across local teams, while elevating pricing as a core commercial capability across EMEA;
  • Monitor and analyze pricing performance across the region, identifying value leakage and margin improvement opportunities, challenging local execution, and providing actionable insights, including market pricing intelligence when available;
  • Coordinate the annual price-change cycle, including target validation and approvals, and design the dashboards, KPIs, and monitoring tools required to track execution quality and ensure markets remain on course to achieve pricing objectives.

ABOUT YOU

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field;
  • Experience working in international, multi country environments, ideally within a matrix organization;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Power BI, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM;
  • Solid pricing acumen and sharp commercial judgment;
  • Advanced analytical skills and critical thinking capability, with a data‑driven mindset;
  • Effective influencer across cultures and hierarchies, able to challenge constructively and gain buy in;
  • Fluent in English – any additional European language is a plus.
