The Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) function within Independent Risk Management is responsible for overseeing the implementation of the principles articulated in Citi’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework (ERMF) and for the performance of specific enterprise-level risk management programs and processes that span the organization, the lines of defense and risk categories.The Employee Engagement Analyst is a strategic professional with resourcing experience within a diverse, dispersed global organization. Excellent communication skills required to negotiate internally, often at a senior level. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required to guide, influence, and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers.The position requires a candidate with general management skills, leadership abilities and administrative experience, who can manage and lead a variety of activities geared at helping manage a global team with resources and provide talent, connectivity, and employee engagement solutions to all regions and lines of businesses. This includes building ties with other business teams. The individual will be a part of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Chief Administrative Office team, lead while working closely with the senior ERM – Risk Data and Technology management in their planning, execution of organizational strategy and employee engagement activities.Responsibilities:· The role will be responsible to drive a communication and employee engagement and retention strategy in Risk Data & technology org. with cca. 500 staff members.· Work with ERM CAO and Management of Risk Data&Tech org. to find opportunities for branding and employee engagement activity People, Talent Management and Culture.· Partner with HR on promoting various employee initiatives e.g. VOE; creates working committees to address people issues and e.g. sponsors diversity networks· Leads focus on employment attrition efforts along with direct managers and ERM CAO· Assesses Employee connectivity, benefits management plan, communication plan. Execute, plan and lead team meetings, SharePoint sites maintenance, newsletter, or similar communication plan, within the greater scope of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Risk segment.· Communication – Work with the team and respective decision management leaders on the communication strategy for the department and facilitate the development of communication materials and presentations for senior management, including C-level management and other key stakeholders as required for Risk Data and Tech Portfolio.· Planning, directing and coordination of day-to-day activities of running an employee program or portfolio of programs (e.g. Voice of Employee plan).· Partner directly with various players across ERM groups, analyze data and evaluate multiple sources to develop recommendations on high-priority people strategic initiatives contributing to employee motivation, engagement and retention.· Facilitate Lunch -n-Learn and development plans for employees.· Makes recommendations for training and development needs for assigned personnel.· Coordinate site visits and site events for the global teams within the departmentIn general: appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.Qualifications:· 6-10 years of experience· Negotiate skills with external parties.· Resourcing or Staff management· Recruiting Background is a plus· Talent Management· Management of dispersed, diverse, global teams and personnelEducation:· Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Masters degreeJob Family Group: Business Strategy, Management & AdministrationJob Family: Business ManagementTime Type: Full timeCiti is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.Qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to their race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.Citigroup Inc. and its subsidiaries (“Citi”) invite all qualified interested applicants to apply for career opportunities.
