LSE is committed to building a diverse, equitable and truly inclusive universityDepartment of ManagementEmployer Relations ManagerSalary from £42,429 to £50,656 pa inclusive with potential to progress to £54,295 pa inclusive of London allowanceThis is a fixed term appointment for 12 monthsThe Department of Management is seeking a dynamic self-starter to join the Careers, Alumni, and Employer Relations (CAER) team, to build upon our programme of corporate and employer engagement activity.We are the largest department in the School, with over 70 faculty, 50 professional services staff and associated guest lecturers and teachers. The Department has over 350 UG students, 800 MSc students, 30 PhD students and 150 Executive students. More information about our programmes is available at: .By developing relationships with an impressive portfolio of global organisations, we create meaningful opportunities for our students and staff to engage with the business world, contributing to our commitment to drive positive change in business and society.As Employer Relations Manager, you will develop and deliver integrated activities to connect organisations with our programmes, faculty and students, including on-campus events, company visits and calls. You will build long-lasting mutually beneficial partnerships and manage relationships with over 70+ multinational companies and NGOs, and in close partnership with the CEMS double degree programme. You will work be part of the Careers, Alumni, and Employer Relations (CAER) team within the Department of Management, closely with colleagues in multi-functional teams across the department and the School.This is a busy but exciting role that will require someone with outstanding relationship management and support skills. You will need to demonstrate previous experience working in a corporate relations, employer engagement, business development role or related area.
