THE ROLE

Throughout the agency’s rising, market-leading Employment crew crew which has a global focus.

As a Senior Affiliate you’ll be given a major quantity of consumer contact and duty while working in a collaborative surroundings to offer recommendation and help to top quality shoppers.

You’ll sometimes spend round 80-85% of your time on contentious and advisory work and 15-20% on transactional assist.

Typical work consists of the next:

Disputes and investigations

• Tribunal litigation (e.g. unfair dismissal, whistleblowing, discrimination).
• Excessive Courtroom litigation (e.g. crew strikes and bonus claims).
• Office investigations.
• Working with the DR crew on different investigations.
• Strike ballots and union actions.

Contentious recommendation

• Senior exits and settlement agreements.
• Restrictive covenant breaches, planning crew strikes.
• Different contentious recommendation (e.g. grievances, disciplinaries).

Different advisory

• Change initiatives (e.g. redundancy and TUPE processes, each UK focussed and worldwide)
• Contracts, bonus schemes and handbooks
• Enterprise immigration
• Different advert hoc recommendation (e.g. gender pay hole reporting, vacation pay, furlough)

Coaching and horizon scanning
Cross-departmental and/or transactional assist

• Company: offers, investee firm govt exits, IPOs.
• Business: on outsourcings, GDPR.
• Actual property: TUPE points.

ABOUT YOU

With an impressive tutorial report you’ll be a certified Solicitor in a Widespread Regulation jurisdiction.

You may be competent in advising on all facets of Employment regulation and have expertise of working in each an advisory and strategic capability.
