• Provide strategic employment law counsel to a varied portfolio of distinguished clients across multiple sectors.
• Draft sophisticated employment contracts, policies, disciplinary procedures, and grievance frameworks.
• Oversee and manage Employment Tribunal claims from initiation through to resolution.
• Contribute expert guidance on complex transactional employment matters including due diligence processes, TUPE transfers, redundancies, and organisational restructures.
• Administer data subject access requests.
• Lead marketing and business development activities.

What you bring:The successful Employment Solicitor will:

• Be qualified 1-3 years’ PQE with a specialisation in employment law within either commercial or public sector environments.
• Impeccable academic credentials.
• Exemplary written communication skills.
• Genuine enthusiasm for employment law and commercial awareness.
• Collaborative disposition.
