Energy Program Assistant – Call Center 

Limited Spots Available for Next Class starting January 6, 2025! Apply ASAP! 

Location: Noble, OK (near Norman, about 10 minutes from our Express Office)

Pay Rate: $16/hour, bilingual rate: $16.50/hour

Start Date: January 6, 2025

Schedule: Monday-Friday, training 8am-4:30pm Must have open availability between 7am-7pm. Usual schedule: 10am-6:30pm. 

Position Overview:

Join one of our Top Clients as an Energy Program Assistant. This is an indefinite contract role with the potential for remote work after 6-8 weeks. Attendance is critical, especially during training from January 6-10—missing time during this period will result in release from assignment. 

Responsibilities:

• Answer calls to assist clients with applications.
• Show empathy and professionalism in all interactions.
• Process applications and provide program guidance.
• Document client interactions in management systems.
• Ensure client confidentiality and proper system usage.

Requirements:

• GED/High School diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: 6-12 months of experience in customer service, retail, technical support, social services, or office roles. Experience in CNA, CMA, nursing, or receptionist is highly encouraged to apply!
• Must be reliable and have the drive to help others.
• Comfortable typing, navigating computer systems, and talking on the phone.
• Must have a dedicated, quiet workspace for remote or hybrid work.
