And we are a leading voice in the call for good work that creates value for everyone.We are expanding our existing presence in Nations and Regions across the UK to increase our focus on supporting our members, developing key relationships, networks, and communities for People Professionals and working collaboratively with our local branches and volunteers on local member engagement opportunities.Why join the UK Market team?If you’re passionate about empowering People Professionals and shaping the future of work in the UK and if you thrive on building meaningful relationships and creating vibrant communities and networks, the CIPD UK Market team might just be your dream team!The roleAs Engagement Executive, you will part of the UK market team and you will support the Engagement Managers to facilitate engagement activities, including networking, events, local branch initiatives and special interest groups.*This is a home-based role that will require travel in region with some travel to our Head Office London.What you’ll be doingActing as an ambassador for CIPD’s offering and brand; identifying opportunities to raise CIPD’s profile in the region.Supporting the delivery of regional engagement events including roundtables, forums, focus groups, senior networking and collaborative event initiatives.Attending CIPD events and supporting the administration of member and customer engagement across the region.Working with UK Market Communications Executive on regional/local communications plan, including managing social media platforms to promote engagement activities.Being a first point of contact for external customers and stakeholders; advising on regional engagement activities and maintaining strong relationships with members, volunteers and other key stakeholders.Managing relationships across a diverse range of stakeholder groups ensuring that a ‘Customer First’ approach is maintained.What you’ll need to be successfulExperience in delivering exceptional customer service to members and stakeholders.Strong customer engagement skills: prioritising the member experience, showing diplomacy, tact and confidentiality.Digitally savvy with a good understanding of how to support community and engagement activities.Strong communication with a ‘customer first’ approach to handling queries internally and externally.Strong diligence and able to bring a purposeful approach to resolving anomalies.Initiative-taking and detail-focused approach and the ability to prioritise workload and manage time effectively.Maintain strong organisational skills and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent MS Office skills with strong numeracy skills and a knack for complex Excel tasks.Ability to produce reports and statistics and present the data in a user-friendly fashion.Become part of the teamThis is your chance to join a dynamic team dedicated to empowering People Professionals and shaping a better future of work in the UK.
