Your Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement technical quality solutions to enhance production processes.

• Analyze current production and assembly practices to optimize quality aspects.

• Manage customer complaints and coordinate responses with management.

• Collaborate with Quality Management and Quality Customer Service teams to address issues and initiate corrective actions.

• Oversee or conduct quality checks and inspections of designated products or manufacturing processes.

• Make decisions on blocking suspect or defective parts/products for further evaluation.

• Implement and verify quality standards and initiatives, ensuring their application and effectiveness.

• Support preparation and conduction of internal and external audits.

• Analyze parts returned from the field/customers and issue detailed analysis reports.

• Evaluate customer warranty cases and develop strategies to improve product reliability.

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights

• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and technical acumen

• Effective communication skills for coordinating with customers and management

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive quality initiatives
