• Position: Graduate Engineering Academic Mentor
• Degree Requirement: 2:2 or higher in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field) from a Russell Group university
• Location: Harrow, North West London
• Salary: Earn up to £30k per year
• Contract: Full-time, long-term
• Start Date: ASAP– Interviews taking place now!
• Progression: Teacher training opportunity available in 2024

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting students across Key Stage 3 to Key Stage 5 through 1:1 and small group interventions in Maths, Physics, and Engineering-related topics.
• Assisting in the Design & Technology or STEM departments to provide hands-on learning experiences.
• Gaining practical classroom experience to prepare for teacher training.

Helping students develop problem-solving skills and a passion for STEM subjects.Who We’re Looking For:

• An Engineering graduate with a 2:2 or higher from a Russell Group university.
• Someone passionate about education and eager to inspire future engineers.
• A motivated, academic individual who wants to make a real impact in the classroom.
• An aspiring educator looking for paid, hands-on experience before a PGCE or teacher training course.
