Salary: £419.25 – £500 per week

Duration: Until the End of the Academic Year (with potential for a permanent role based on performance)Teaching Personnel is seeking a motivated and passionate English Graduate to join an Ofsted-rated “Good” secondary school in Denton, Tameside, as a Teaching Assistant. This full-time role is scheduled to begin in October and is an exceptional opportunity for a recent graduate to gain valuable experience in education while making a significant impact on students’ learning.Role Overview: As an English Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the English department to support the delivery of high-quality education. Your primary role will be to assist students in developing their literacy skills, helping them to engage with the curriculum effectively. You will provide targeted support to students who need additional help, whether through one-on-one sessions, small group work, or in-class assistance. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
