Contract Type: Full-Time, PermanentAbout the Role:As an English Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality English lessons to students in Key Stages 3 and 4. You will be expected to create engaging lesson plans, foster a positive learning environment, and support students in achieving their academic potential. This role offers the chance to inspire young minds and contribute to their academic and personal growth.Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging English lessons aligned with the National Curriculum.
• Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback.
• Support students’ literacy development through innovative teaching methods.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the English department’s curriculum.
• Participate in extracurricular activities and contribute to the school community.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• A degree in English or a related subject.
• Proven experience teaching English at secondary school level.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students of varying abilities.
• A passion for English literature and language, with the ability to inspire students.
