  • Prepare students for success: Provide tailored support to ensure excellent outcomes in GCSE English Language and Literature examinations.
  • Encourage critical thinking: Inspire students to analyse texts, form their own interpretations, and express their ideas clearly.
  • Collaborate and innovate: Work closely with the English department to share resources, plan lessons, and develop engaging curriculum materials.

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Proven experience teaching English at the secondary level.
