English Teacher – KS3, KS4 & KS5Location: Aylesbury
Position: Full-Time / Part-Time
Start Date: ASAPAre you an inspiring and dedicated English teacher ready to make an immediate impact? We are looking for a passionate educator to join a thriving secondary school in Aylesbury. This is an exciting opportunity to engage students with a dynamic English curriculum and support their academic success.The Role:

• Deliver engaging and interactive English lessons across KS3, KS4, and ideally KS5.
• Create tailored lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and cater to diverse learning needs.
• Foster a love for literature and language while developing students’ critical thinking and communication skills.
• Assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their learning journey.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• QTS / NQT / PGCE / QTLS or equivalent, with a degree in English or a related subject.
• A passion for teaching and a commitment to student achievement.
• Energetic, adaptable, and highly organised with excellent communication skills.
• Experience teaching English at the secondary level, with the ability to engage students of all abilities.
• A current DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
