English Teacher – KS 3 & 4Location: Rye, East Sussex
Salary: £150 – £225 per day (D.O.E)
Contract Type: Full-Time, Long Term

The English department plays a crucial role in this mission, and they are currently looking for a dynamic and creative English Teacher to join their team.Key Responsibilities:
- Teach English across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, with the possibility of teaching Key Stage 5, depending on experience.
- Use a variety of teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of all students.
- Monitor student progress and provide regular, constructive feedback.
- Inspire students to become confident, independent thinkers with an emphasis on literature, language, and writing.
- Contribute to the development and planning of the English curriculum and teaching resources.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a unified approach to teaching and learning.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A genuine passion for teaching English and helping students achieve their full potential.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build positive, productive relationships with students and staff.
- A creative and engaging teaching approach with effective classroom management skills.
- Experience teaching English at Key Stage 3 and 4, with a good understanding of GCSE requirements.
