UNDP-TLS-00279 Enhancement of the Multi-Hazard Vulnerability and Risk Assessment (MHVRA) System and the Timor Emergency Response System (TERS)
The United Nations Development Programme, hereinafter referred to as UNDP hereby invites qualified and interested firms to submit proposals for the enhancement of the Multi-Hazard Vulnerability and Risk Assessment (MHVRA) System and the Timor Emergency Response System (TERS) as described in the Request for Proposals.
