Purpose of the job and Responsibilities
- The candidate will be part of the Europe Region Pricing. They will be leading a small team which is responsible for analyzing, creating and implementing pricing strategies that both encourage customer growth and ensures profitable growth for UPS by managing internal KPI’s;
- Manage pricing offers for Enterprise Accounts (EA) within the Europe Region, ensuring timely and accurate responses to the Enterprise Account Managers (EAMs) and ensuring approvals/recommendations are in line with region growth and profitability objectives;
- Interact with Sales team to have a better communication and synchronization to propose the best offer for both customer and UPS;
- Communicate with Sales team to have a better understanding of the requests;
- Develop and implement process and policy improvements for pricing efficiency and decisions;
- The Candidate will develop an intricate knowledge of the UPS network and resulting cost structures. Furthermore they will be responsible for negotiating price strategies with the Business Development team;
- The position requires strong communication skills, an analytical mindset and the ability to prioritize in order to meet deadlines and manage expectations.
The position reports to the Pricing Manager and requires cross functional communication to operational and senior levels. There is the possibility for career growth in a dynamic environment.
Profile
- University Degree; MBA preferred; fluency in English; other languages considered an advantage.
Experience:
- Min. 3-4 years marketing experience, preferably in an international environment;
- Hands on experience in people management and development.

- Computer literacy – very good knowledge of Excel and Access;
