Entry Level Officer – West Pennines More Nature Partnership

Lancashire Wildlife Trust is looking for two highly motivated individuals to join The West
Pennines More Nature Partnership as Entry-Level Officers.

Entry-level Officers will gain experience in a wide array of areas; undertaking surveys
alongside the Wildlife Survey Officer, attending farm visits and discussing options with the
Farm Liaison Officers, exploring green/private finance with the Nature Finance Officer,
organising community events with the Community Engagement Officer or assisting the
Communications Officers to promote the project and publicise our work.

Successful candidates will have the opportunity to then focus on a key personal development
area with the chance to progress into a 6-month Project Officer role with the project.

The position is full time, working 35 hours per week. Occasional work outside of regular office
hours such as evenings and weekends will be occasionally required.

In return we offer 28 days holidays plus bank holidays per annum, increasing with length of
