• Build strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service
• Take ownership of the assigned territory and make the most of the provided leads to qualify prospects and close in-person sales
• Achieve or exceed sales targets by promoting home security, internet and wireless services to residential and retail customers
• Be the go-to person for any technical issues or queries from consumers
• Keep track of all sales activities in the assigned territories and report them on the Salesforce platform
• Attend all required training sessions, team meetings, and planning sessions to stay updated on the products and sales strategies

Requirements:

• Must be able to commute to the Victoria, BC office daily
• Must have a Full-Time availability
• Post-secondary education in business, sales, marketing, or a related field is an asset
• 1-5 years of experience in Customer Service or Sales role is preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to apply active listening skills to address customers’ concerns
• Be comfortable working in a team and independently with minimum direction
