EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW
We are looking an Environmental Clerk of Work to join our Catchment and Biodiversity Team.
As an Environmental Clerk of Works at Severn Trent, you’ll help protect aquatic ecosystems by ensuring compliance with environmental legislation, focusing on rivers, ponds, and habitats. Your role includes site supervision, water quality monitoring, and incident response. You’ll work independently, liaise with stakeholders, and produce detailed reports to support environmental improvement, drawing on your expertise in aquatic ecology and field-based monitoring.
You’ll join a caring culture that collaborates to achieve, grow, and develop. Our employee engagement scores are among the highest globally in the energy and utilities sector. That’s why we value in-person moments to keep our culture alive, while also recognising the flexibility that working from home can bring. This role starts from home and involves travelling across our region. So, while you’ll predominantly find us working in the field, home working is supported when appropriate.
