Job Description:Our client is searching for an ERP Support Analyst to join their talented Technology team. The ERP Support Analyst will assist the project team with the set-up, deployment, and support of a global rollout of enterprise applications.· Monitor and support the systems and processes by conducting on-the-job training, development of standard operating procedures and job aids.· First-line support to user groups to troubleshoot system errors. Report any consistent issues and opportunities for improvements to Business Analysts for evaluation.· Provide pre and post go-live support· Work closely with the QA team to develop and run test scenarios and test cases.Requirements:Key requirements:Certification: Microsoft Dynamics 3653+ years of experience in an enterprise environment supporting applications such as D365 , SAP, or any similar software.1-3 years experience in core business processes such as Manufacturing, Supply ChainDegree from an accredited College or University (Engineering or Computer Science preferred).Equivalent relevant work experience is also acceptable.
Expected salary
$70000 – 80000 per year
