• 5+ years of experience as a trust and estates attorney
• Experience in probate a plus
• Vast knowledge of estate planning, succession planning, income, gift, and tax law related to wealth transference
• Licensed to practice in British Columbia
• Book of business strongly preferred
• Have an enthusiastic positive approach and be a team player
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong writing and legal research skills, and a strong work ethic
