We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Estate Worker to join our team to manage our
Norfolk Broads Reserves, including RSPB Mid Yare Valley, Sutton Fen and Berney Marshes.
The reserves offer a complex mix of habitats which are home to an amazing array of wildlife
including some of our most iconic and threatened species such as Swallowtail Butterfly, Fen
Raft Spider, Fen Orchid, Crane, Bittern, and some of the best surviving populations of breeding
wading birds in lowland England. This makes a perfect training ground for someone looking to
start their career conservation.
The Estate Worker role is incredibly varied and rewarding, whether that is conducting dawn
breeding birds surveys, driving the tractor and using a variety of machinery to undertake
habitat management, or leading on the upkeep of visitor and estate infrastructure. You will
join a passionate and dedicated team working at the forefront of conservation.

This is a permanent full-time role for 37.5 hours per week.
