Estates Officer (Maternity Cover)

We are looking to appoint an outgoing and enthusiastic person to join our Estates Team based at
our Gosforth HQ as Estates Officer for maternity cover.

Duties involve delivering land management across NWT’s range of nature reserves, on land the
Trust manages and other land where directed by the Estates Manager. This includes leading
volunteer tasks undertaking management of sites.

You will work with the Estates Manager and other colleagues and the Conservation Team to
develop a program of monitoring/survey for our nature reserves and as appropriate, draw on a
wide range of internal expertise to develop reserve management plans and assist with funding
applications.

The post is offered as a full-time 12 month contract.

The role is for 35 hours a week. The salary is £26,195 per annum
