Summary of Requirements

On 4-5 December 2025, the OSCE Support Programme for Ukraine Project “Empowering Constitutional Justice: Strengthening the Constitutional Court of Ukraine’s Role in Advancing Gender Equality, Human Rights, and Rule of Law” in partnership with the Constitutional Court of Ukraine (CCU), is planning to conduct a study visit for the Judges of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine to the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Croatia.
